When does my order have to be paid ?
Orders must be paid in full before to 7 PM the day prior to pickup. This gives us time to prepare your new reef addition.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final
How do I get my order?
Option #1. Local pick up, we will contact you to schedule a pick up time. Option #2. Local Porch Delivery $20.00 per order (within 15 Miles from our location)
How long do I have to pick up my order?
Orders not picked up within 5 days of the order will be canceled, and no refund or store credit will be provided.
Do you offer shipping?
Currently, we are not offering any shipping.
We do offer pickup or Porch delivery within 15 mile radius for an additional fee
Auction Policies
How does the Auctions work?
Auctions run on a scheduled start and end date/time. Current highest bidder is listed on the item, if you are out bid you can place another bid until the action ends.
What is Popcorn bidding?
If a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes of the auction, the auction extends an additional 5 minutes (each additional bid) until no more bids are placed.
What happens if I win the auction?
A notification email will be sent to you with payment information, all auction item payments are due within 48 hours of bid ending
When do I pay for winning auction items?
Winning auction items must be paid within 48 hous of auction ending
Can I cancel a winning auction?
No. All Auctions are final. Any unpaid action wins could result in being banned from our site
If Winning Auction Items Are Not Paid ?
Winning items will be removed and your profile could be banned from our site
